Cancellation Policy
Private Workshop – Terms & Conditions The workshop 4 hours of personalized watercolor instruction, in 2 sessions of 2 hours each, in my atelier in Prati, Rome. Each workshop is designed around your goals. Payment and booking Payment is made online at checkout, before the workshop. You’ll then receive 2 credits, one per session. Check the available time slots BEFORE purchasing to make sure you can attend. You have 3 months from purchase to book both sessions, subject to availability. Personal workshop Both sessions must be used by the same person: splitting the 4 hours would make it hard to leave with a solid foundation. If you can’t attend, you can transfer the full package to someone else by letting me know at least 7 days before the first session. Changes and cancellations The workshop is non-refundable, but your investment is kept for a future date. You can change your dates up to 2 times, with at least 7 days’ notice and subject to availability. After 2 changes, the date is final. With less than 7 days’ notice there’s no refund, but you may reschedule if the calendar allows it. If you miss a session without notice, its credit is lost. If something urgent comes up, let me know as soon as possible and we’ll find a new date together. Materials Quality papers, paints, brushes and supplies are included. You’re welcome to bring your own and combine them with mine. If you want to explore specific materials, I’ll recommend the best ones: I guide you, you decide. Who it’s for Adults of any age, absolute beginners to beginner-intermediate. No experience needed. If you work at an advanced level and seek very specialized techniques, this probably isn’t the right space; we can always chat if in doubt. Teenagers must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Adults come without companions, except in particular cases we agree on beforehand. Photos and videos I love sharing the creative process on my website and social media. The booking form includes a required question asking if you agree to appear in photos and videos. If you’d rather not, select “No” and you won’t be shown. You can change your answer anytime. Our space A safe, judgment-free space built on respect, kindness and confidentiality. If any behavior makes it unsafe or disrespectful, I may pause the session to talk about it.
