Service Description
A watercolor workshop designed for beginners and the curious one. We explore the basic techniques together, and then each participant creates their own final piece in a warm, guided and pressure-free space. All materials included + coffee break. A moment to slow down and create. No refunds. You can change your date once, up to 48 hours before the workshop. With less than 48 hours’ notice or a no-show, your place is forfeited, but you can always send a friend in your place. Workshops run with a minimum of 3 participants. If I cancel (minimum not reached, illness or force majeure), you choose between a full refund or a credit for another date.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Your place is confirmed once payment is completed. Groups are small and each place is limited, so by booking you agree to this policy. No refunds Payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, the options below apply. Changing your date More than 48 hours before the workshop: you can move your booking to another available date, free of charge, once. The new date must be within the next 3 months. Less than 48 hours before the workshop, or no-show: your place is forfeited. No changes, credit or transfer to another date. With such short notice I can’t offer the place to someone else, and it has already been prepared for you. Sending someone in your place Can’t make it? You’re welcome to send a friend instead. Just let me know their name in advance, before the workshop. Arriving late The workshop starts and ends on time. If you arrive late, you can join the session already in progress, but it won’t be extended. Minimum group size Each workshop runs with a minimum of 3 participants. Small groups are at the heart of these workshops: sharing the table with others makes the session livelier, and seeing how each person interprets the same technique is part of the learning. If the minimum isn’t reached, I’ll let you know at least 4 days before the workshop. If I need to cancel If a workshop is cancelled because the minimum isn’t reached, because I’m ill, or due to force majeure (circumstances beyond my control, such as strikes, extreme weather, public health restrictions or emergencies), I’ll let you know as soon as possible. You can then choose between: a full refund, or a credit for another workshop date. Photos and videos I love capturing the creative process during the workshops and sharing it on my website and social media. The booking form includes a required question asking whether you agree to appear in these photos and videos. Please answer it: if you’d rather not appear, simply select “No” and I’ll make sure you’re not shown. You can change your answer at any time by letting me know. Gift vouchers Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from purchase. Once a date is booked, this same policy applies. Thank you for understanding. These small rules help keep the spirit of each workshop: intimate groups, everything ready for you, and fairness for everyone at the table.
